Emma Grace Jester Memorial Scholarship

 Application Guidelines - $1,000 Scholarship is for a Criminal Justice Major  currently attending ANY Carroll County high school and graduating in the current school year.

1. Original application must by legible and fully completed.  Additional sheets may be attached.
2. Closing date of application is April 20th.

6. Copy of official High School transcript must be submitted, 3.00 GPA required
7. Two-(2) Letters of Recommendation Required:  One must be from a Teacher and One from a Non-Family Member.  If you’d like to submit additional letters, please feel free to do so.
8. Parent/Legal Guardian signatures are Mandatory
